purchase for a refund. No refund after 30 days.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. (RMA)
RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS!
You MUST contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
for any returns, exchanges or refunds to take place. Please do not return purchased
merchandise without first contacting us:
you will not receive a refund or exchange
without an RMA number.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns, unless the item
arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped
(see below) in which case redflarekits.com
will cover your return charges.
The shipping charges that were
part of your original order are not refundable. We may grant exception
to this rule at our discretion.
RETURNS ON FOOD, WATER, DUST MASKS AND RESPIRATORS
Food, water, dust masks and respirators can not be returned under any circumstances, unless they are damaged or defective.
This is according to Health Code regulations.
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE FOOD,WATER, RESPIRATORS AND GAS MASKS
If you receive food, water, gas mask or a respirator that has been damaged
during shipping please contact the shipper (UPS/ USPS) first. If it is determined
that a food item, water, gas mask, respirators or dust masks were damaged due to our negligence,
please follow procedure above for acquiring an RMA number. We will ship out
replacement as soon as possible and we will cover the shipping costs.
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE
All items returned for any reason other then they were damaged or defective,
are subject to 15% restocking fee. Items that have an item Code starting with LGX- or RFM- have a 30% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee does not
apply to returns on food, water, dust masks and
respirators, as these are not returnable (see above).
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND MEDICATIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If an item arrives damaged, first check with the shipper (UPS/ USPS) before
contacting us. We pack and inspect items that we ship very carefully, so breakage
is not likely. However if it is determined that an item arrived damaged due
to our negligence, please contact us to receive the RMA number as described
above. You will receive instructions on how to return an item to us once
RMA number is issued.
All items returned must be in its original factory wrapping in resalable condition
for you to receive credit. If you remove any item from its original factory
wrapping there will be no returns accepted, unless the item is defective (see below).
If you received an item which is defective or not functioning properly, please contact
us and we will try to troubleshoot your problem. If it is determined that you
received a defective item, please request an RMA number as above.
Many of the items we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If it is determined that the item in question is not functioning properly,
you have a choice of returning it for a full refund, or exchanging it for an
