First-Class Mail International - 4-12 business days (no tracking or insurance)
Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days (Insured up to $70, may purchase additional insurance at checkout. Tracking available)

Your order will ship with USPS. Costs will vary depending on size/weight of the order and option chosen.

Can I receive my order at a PO box?
Yes. If your shipping address is a PO Box located within the contiguous United States, one of USPS Mail services will be used. You must select Flat-Rate option or one of USPS options at checkout. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US territories please select the USPS priority mail or flat-rate shipping as your option.

What is is this "Drop-Ship Fee" on my invoice?
Certain items on our site ship directly from our wholesaler.
See each item description. If you order includes items that qualify and your order subtotal is under $20 and/or under $100, a small $3.99 and/or $10 "drop ship" fee will be added to your order. Check each item's description to see if a fee will be charged. Not all items carry this fee. Multiple drop-ship fees may apply.
You can avoid this fee by placing an order that is larger then $20 and/or larger then $100.

How can I tell if my order has shipped?
After your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail to let you know that your order has shipped. Be sure to provide us with a valid e-mail address to insure proper notification!

How can I track my order?
A cost-saving Flat-Rate option does not guarantee tracking. However, in some cases tracking will be available and we will send you your tracking number when your order ships. All other shipping options should have tracking information which will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please contact us us if you still have any questions about your order status.

Why should I select a shipping option with tracking available?
We recommend the tracking-available option for high value orders and for deliveries to business addresses and apartment complexes. This helps minimize the risk of your package being lost, misplaced, or stolen.

What shipping carrier will you use if I select Flat-Rate option?
We will select the most efficient method of shipment based on your delivery location and the weight of the package. We use UPS and USPS as our carriers.

How can I track an order that was shipped via Flat-Rate option?
After shipping your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation. If a tracking option happens to be available, we will include the tracking number for your convenience. However, please note that availability of a tracking number is not guaranteed with Flat-Rate shipping. For example, USPS Priority Mail does not provide package tracking.
If you have concerns about the status of an order that was shipped via USPS Priority Mail, please contact us us and we may be able to provide you with a Delivery Confirmation Number which often contains shipment status information.

I live near your location. Can I pick up my order in person?
No. Sorry, we do not offer in-person order pick-up at this time.

Do you handle government and wholesale orders?
Yes. Please contact us us for details and a quote.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If we cannot accept your order, it will be cancelled, and your credit card will not be charged. We reserve the right to refuse any international order for any reason.

INSURANCE
What does it mean when you ship my order with no insurance?

Orders that are shipped by Flat Rate service or by First Class Mail International (customer selects at checkout), are not insured. If your order is lost, damaged, or somehow is not delivered to the address you specified, Red Flare will make a reasonable effort to track down your package. However, if we cannot locate your uninsured package you will not receive a refund. We advise that for valuable orders you select one of the insured method choices listed at checkout.

How do you handle customs duties and import restrictions?
You are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that your country may impose. In compliance with applicable trade laws, we declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as “dutiable merchandise”. As a retailer, we are prohibited by law from declaring your order as a “gift”, even if the order is intended as a gift for the recipient and includes a gift-receipt with prices omitted.
