When shopping on eBay, low cost is more often than not outbalanced by inflated S&H, poor customer service, poor follow-up and poor product quality.
Red Flare excelled in all of the above.
I'm a picky customer and have been bombarding you with emails for quite some time. It's a safe bet there's not a single Red Flare staff member who hasn't replied to one of my questions or requests at some point in time. Every single reply from Red Flare was polite and to the point. Every request was met next to immediately, despite the amount of work it involved.
The easy to use shipping cost calculator allowed me to adjust my order with unprecedented precision, not to mention that it made shipping fees completely transparent. Upon requesting a discount for international shipment, I got one immediately, something unheard of on aforementioned eBay.
The package was extremely secure and breezed through customs, which is a feat not to be taken lightly in Israel. I'm pretty sure I could get away with ordering the normal AMK Fundamentals, as opposed to the International version you supplied so promptly. Well, at least no laws were broken.
Products were all brand new, defect-free and exactly as advertised. In fact, you could stand to improve some of the item descriptions with more pictures, as they are much more personable in, well, person.
One problem I did have with your store is that you do not carry some of the specific brands I prefer: namely Ultimate Survival Technologies, Watchful Eye, Heat Cell, Gerber Blades, BCB and Aquamira. That's it, that's all. One could even argue you err on the side of quality, as there are plenty of other high-end items to choose from.

Oh, one more thing: another problem with eBay - that Red Flare eliminated - is limited feedback space. Thanks for that as well.
